Gathering of the Vibes

Rhianna and I had business to attend to in Bridgeport on Friday.
I had all but nearly forgotten that Gathering of the Vibes was this weekend, but, when we stepped of the train in Bridgeport,
we saw the Vibes shuttle to go to Seaside Park.
So, we attended to what business there was (returned my plates to the DMV), at some lunch at Terra Brasilis,
and headed out to the park.
We arrived around 4pm and stayed until about 11:30 (only hear about the 1st 3 or 4 songs from the Black Crowes, which
I would have liked to stay and hear, but, we had trains to deal with, etc.).
When I saw the shuttle and told Rhianna that I wanted to go, and explained to her what GotV was, she said,
"Oh, no, Daddy...not some hippy fest..."
But, by the time I said,"Let's head back to the shuttle", she was begging to stay and camp out with all the hippies...
We didn't have a camping pass, anyway, nor tickets for Saturday, as much as I, too, would have liked to stay.
In any case, we had a LOVELY time!
